Preclearance Services for Food and Non-alcoholic Beverage Advertising

ASC Clearance Services reviews food and non-alcoholic broadcast advertising copy to ensure compliance with The Food and Drugs Act and Regulations and The Canadian Food Inspection Agency’s Guide to Food Labelling and Advertising. Responsibility for Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverage preclearance was transferred from the Federal Government to ASC in 1992.

ASC Clearance Services also offers consultation services for new product launches and new advertising concepts.

Review services are offered in both English and French and are done by ASC clearance analysts who are experts in their respective disciplines.
